What happens to the data you send us.

This page covers the personal data that reaches us through this website — in practice, through the contact form. The KIM applications are covered by their own notice.

Who is responsible

Keep IT Mobile Development SRL.

Keep IT Mobile Development SRL, operating as KIM 4 Industry.
Str. Maramureș 12, Sudarc Business Center, Ploiești, Romania.
[ to be confirmed — company registration number and trade register number ]

For anything on this page, including a request about your own data: office@kim4industry.com or (+40) 734 898 921.

What we collect

Four fields, and what you write in them.

The contact form asks for your name, your company, your email address and a description of how the work runs today. There is no other form on this website and no account to create.

  • Name — so we know who we are answering.
  • Company — so the demo is prepared for the right kind of operation.
  • Email address — so we can answer.
  • Your message — whatever you choose to write. Please do not send personal data about other people in it.

Beyond the form, the server that delivers these pages keeps the usual technical records of each request. [ to be confirmed — hosting provider, what the server logs contain and how long those logs are kept ]

Why, and on what basis

To answer you, and to prepare the demo you asked for.

You write to us because you want a demo built around your operation. We use what you send to understand how the work runs, to prepare that demo, and to come back to you with a time.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. If a message turns out not to be about a demo, we answer it on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us, Article 6(1)(f).

We do not use what you send for advertising, we do not build profiles from it, and no decision about you is made automatically.

Who else sees it

The people at KIM who prepare the answer.

Inside the company, the message reaches the people who prepare the demo and answer you. Nobody else needs it.

Outside the company, a message travels through the services we use to receive and store mail. [ to be confirmed — where the contact form sends, the mail and hosting providers behind it, and whether any of them stores data outside the European Economic Area ]

We do not sell what you send us, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is alive, and then for a fixed period.

[ to be confirmed — retention period for messages that lead to a conversation, and for messages that do not ] Once that period passes, the message is deleted. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we do.

What you can ask for

Your rights, in plain terms.

Write to office@kim4industry.com and say what you want. We answer within one month. If the request is complicated and we need longer, we tell you why, within that same month.

  • A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • A correction, if something we hold is wrong.
  • Deletion, when we no longer need the data for the purpose you sent it for.
  • A pause — that we keep the data but stop using it, while a question about it is settled.
  • An objection to processing we base on legitimate interest.
  • Your data in a portable form, where that applies.

You do not have to explain why you are asking.

If you are not satisfied

You can complain to the supervisory authority.

In Romania that is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, 010336 Bucharest, anspdcp@dataprotection.ro, dataprotection.ro.

You can also complain to the authority in the country where you live or work. Writing to us first is not a requirement, but it is usually faster.

Cookies

This website sets none.

These pages carry no JavaScript, no analytics, no embedded players, no fonts loaded from another company and nothing from a content delivery network. Everything a page needs comes from the same place the page does.

That is why there is no cookie banner here: there is nothing to ask you about. [ to be confirmed — whether analytics will be added after launch — if it is, this section and the whole page change before it goes live, not after ]

Changes

When this page changes, the date changes with it.

This notice is dated. If what we do with your data changes, the page is rewritten and the date at the bottom moves. We do not change it quietly.
