Facility management · in production today

Requests arrive from ten buildings on five channels. The monthly report is rebuilt by hand.

KIM 4 Industry is the field operations platform, from the job done in the field to the record that closes it. For a facility management provider, the work is spread over many buildings, many tenants and several crews, and the evidence of it is scattered in the same way.

How it goes today

Every tenant has their own way of asking.

One writes an email, another calls reception, a third stops the technician in the corridor. Some jobs go to your own crew, some to a subcontractor. At the end of the month, somebody reconstructs what happened from five files, for a client who wants to see response times.

What changes

The request starts with a scan at the location.

  1. 01the tenant scans the tag at the location, describes the problem, adds a photo
  2. 02the dispatcher assigns it, with an owner and a deadline
  3. 03the crew scans the equipment, records parts and time
  4. 04the person accepting the work signs on the crew’s phone
  5. 05the report to your client comes out of the same data

The full history of each request stays in one place, from the moment it was opened until it was closed.

Proof

The requester role is in production.

This is the one network sector where the mechanism is already validated in production, with a facility management client we are not free to name. When they agree, their name goes here.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

Do tenants need an account?

They enter as requesters: they scan the tag at the location, describe the problem and attach a photo. They follow what happens to their request without calling anyone.

Can we use our subcontractors?

Yes. Jobs are assigned to your own crews or to subcontractors, and both close them the same way, at the location.

What does our client see at month end?

A report built from the same data the work was done with: requests, response times, jobs, materials.

Is this in production anywhere?

Yes. The requester role is in production today with a facility management client, which we are not free to name.

Are you a building management system?

No. Managing the space is a different job. We digitalize the field work that serves it.

How many buildings, and who covers them?

We prepare the demo on your buildings, your crews and the report your client expects.
